thermostat block off plate and crank pulley

I've been searching and can't find a thermostat block off plate and crank pulley. I just need a flat block off plate so I can weld a -20 fitting on it for my radiator hose. I am also looking for a 1 groove v belt crank pulley no bigger than 5 inches that fits the 4 bolt stock dampner and sits flush with the dampner. I know march makes one but it sits about an inch away from the dampner and I need it to sit flush because the -20 fitting on my 300 series meziere water pump will hit it otherwise. Thanks again guys and I'll get some pictures up soon.
thanks
