problems with rpms on launch

Here is what i have a 5000 convertor with a t-brake and a two-step with the lower pill set at 4600 and the upper at 7500.

Now my problem is when i am on the line on the t-brake i can't get the rpms over about 3200. After i leave the line the engine runs good, but i cant get to the rpms i want to launch at. I also tried to leave without the two-step hooked up to make sure it wasn't that. The other thing i dont understand is a couple of weeks ago it did stall up to the two-step at 4600 but then at the next race i was only getting up to 3200 again and i didnt change anything.

Has anyone else ever had any problems like this? Or anyone have any suggestions on what i should look for.
