Oil pressure gauge

Is it legal to race with a mechanical oil pressure gauge in the drivers compartment with a steel braided oil line from the motor to the gauge?

The only thing you don't run into the drivers compartment is fuel. If you want to have a fuel pressure gauge inside the best thing to do is get a remote sending unit. That is why you see a lot of cars with it mounted on the cowl just in front of the windshield.

If you do plumb a fuel gauge into the passenger compartment you will need an isolater.

If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much space!
