I would like to ask a question . Why some race cars smoke going down the track , i was just curious THANKS

A lot of thing can cause it. Typically I believe it is blowby from piston rings not sealing properly. Worn valve guides cause one to smoke also.

A lot of turbo cars blow black smoke cause they run really rich.

If a motor has big ring gaps for a nitrous hit it can cause a bit of smoke as well. They can also be getting worn out from being flogged so hard all the time!! ...it's just the nature of the beast.
