Help with suspension

Fox body Mustang weight is 2880 race ready
Sportsman cage, ladder bars w/ Santuff rear coil overs w/ 12x100 springs
Front Santuff struts single adjust. w/ 14x175 springs
BBF (iron heads) c-6 trans 4500 conv. foot brake
29.5-10.5 slicks on 15 x 12 rims
Car launches straight lifts front about 1" then keeps front suspension up.
Problem is slow 60' and gets loose when track gets weak
Car runs low 10's in 1/4 60' 1.41 -1.46

The car was much faster with procharged windsor and glide (low 5's in 1/8)
Suspension was very stiff, I have been working on loosening it for a while.
Changes are front springs 150 to 175 and adj 3 1/2 full loose.
Rear 150 springs to 100 shock settings 5/7 to 9/18 drivers side and 10/15 pass side.
Ladder bar is set in middle hole of 3 (front) Bottom bar is 0*
Tire preasure 11 to 10
It doesn't seem to hit the tires hard enough?
Thanks for advise

"Door slammers, The Chassis Book" by Dave Morgan.

After you ingest the book, weigh the car and know what it wants you'll probably be getting rid of those ladder bars and installing a 4 link so you can actually hit the IC that you need. Hope that helps.

You keep on preaching this book Rob! I'm gonna have to pick it up before I get down and dirty with my setup!

Book

I have it. I keep rereading and this is were I am. Sorry I did not post the weights.
Front 1720
Rear 1180
59% nose heavy.
The struts are loose and the rear shocks are loosw on bottom and med. on top and changed springs, 12x150 to 12x100
I use pull off slicks, slicks from outlaw real street cars (low 5's 1/8) with 12 or so runs on them. The slicks have around 48 runs now.
Thanks

Slicks

I found out how many runs I can get from these pull offs. I had 60 going into today, the temp was in the low 60's and I did not finish any passes. The car would launch ok (1.44/43 60') and then get loose and would have to shut it down around 330'.
Would it be worth the cost of new slicks, to go that route? I get the pull offs for $100 a set.

Another question:
On the suspension issue, will loosening the top(extension) adjustment on the rear shocks hit the tires harder?
Thanks
And I am re-reading the book
