connecting rods

hey i am looking at building an engine for a pulling truck, and i am trying to decide which connecting rod to go with. i was going to but an oliver in it but i can save like 600 bucks and go with a scat h beam with arp 2000. i just want to make sure that it is gonna hold up. i have always used the scat h beam with out any problems but i just want this one strong for some rpm

i want it good for just a tad over 8000 but im not saying thats were im gonna run it but i want it to be able to. it will be a460 headed engine what else u need

...and just for fun gearing and tire size.

Depending on what you are doing the Scat H-beams could still be just fine.

alright well i havnt actually bought anything yet, but cubes will be right around 500, used in 2wd truck pulling. crank will prob be a forged scat, pistons will be custom.
