not enough brake vaccum 71 mach 1

Does anyone know the best way to get 17 to 22 inches of vaccum with only 14 from the intake. I installed a ssc vaccum pump and it is not reliable enough do to relays or bad switchs causing poor braking sometimes? Thanks

Install a "vacuum reservoir"

If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much space!

I dumped the SSC pump and installed a manual master cylinder from a Ford Ranger as suggested on this forum. Works great once I got the right pedal to master cylinder ratio.

I didn't believe my buddies until I seen the pics lol.
