msd ignition ?

has anyone had a problem with running digital 7 box and 8251 msd race coil on the street?
my 545 is running great for the first 5-10 mins of driving (part throttle and full throttle) then it will still drive under very light throttle but cuts out and stalls , all ignition has 80-100 miles. thebox and coil are mounted on inside of the firewall, I am going to move the box to pass seat for now see if its a heat issue, anything else i should try...

I would double check the ground and all spliced connections. Resistance grows as heat rises.
