Efi and nitrous help

Hey guys I posted in a different section and got little help so I'm here to ask again. I have a 1990 F350 4x4 with the 460. It is completely stock with 4k miles on the rebuild. It is also a 5 speed truck if that matters. I was thinking about putting some spray to it for some local truck pulls to be more competitive. What all will I have to do to make this happen. I am thinking a 100 to a 150 shot will help my situation. Being new to nitrous I also don't know wether or not I should do a wet or dry shot, what I should do with timing and what I need to do with fuel pressure. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
