BBF N/A E85 CARB initial set up
Im running a 504ci high compression dome piston bbf. Trick flow single plane intake. A514 cam and aluminum cobra jet heads. With all supporting mods. Its a street car werkend warrior in have a e85 station right next to me so I went this route to get away from high price race fuel.
I took a quick fuel 850 race and converted it with the e85 quick fuel kit for a 4150 Kept all of that how it came. Changed these:
-air bleeds idle 65
-airbleeds high 31
-primary jet 85
-primary power valve 4.5
-secondary power valve plugged
- primary squirter 42
-secondary squirter 50
- 50cc primary accelerator pump
Does this seem like a good starting point?
Anyone running close to what I am?
