I was just wondering if anyone has used any parts from Falcon Parts out of Jacksonville FL. I saw some valves they have on ebay for stock heads 2.084 in. valve 8 for $63 ond 1.65 ex. valves 8 for $68 I don't know much on valves I don't want to get them and blow the enegine from popping a valve off.I didnt want to ask in any other place because I saw them on ebay .
i have used a set of there pushrods. i will say that some of them got bent in a cam failure. i'am not blaming the pushrods, but i replaced all pushrods with a different brand. not sure about there valves but as the old saying goes "You Get What You Pay For"
This a place for one I would not skimp, I know a guy here that skimped and had a valve head come off in the burn out box @5500 makes a nice loud noise and water draining out both headers... needless to say head replacement was neccessary...OUCH
but on the bright side he did save money by buying the cheaper valves, just not in the long run, after he had to replace eveything....the $70 bucks he saved cost $3000 in the end....not a very good trade off....
Thanks does anybody know a good place to get some good 2.08in and 1.65ex valves i got a set of bare dove-c heads a friend gave me I dont have the money to go bigger right now.I will be running a 292h comp cam I am getting the k-kit so I will have the matching springs and locks
Is seal power stainless steel valves a good valve to use summit has them $95.92 for the in.valves and $95.92 for the ex. valves or does someone on here sell them .
