The funny thing is the faster i go the more stable the car feels, but i will never let my guard down anything can happen at that speed.

I also need to thank Dave (D.I.L.L.G.A.S.) and Bill Mitchell for the expertise they gave me on the suspension. This car is straight as an arrow going down the track. Thxs again guys for answering all those stupid suspension questions.

richter69 Another thing to note with the big bore deal being better, to get there you'll most likely need an aftermarket block. This is another advantage as now you dont have those cylinder walls moving around disturbing the ring seal etc. We noted little to no blowby with our Boss blocked 306 as opposed to the stock blocks in the past that had a lot of blowby.

Wonder what kind of numbers the Snake could make with a big bore and a stiff block..........that is if the heads are not tapped out .....


My winter plans are to tear this motor down and install a 4.56 flat top with a rockin' ring pack and a vac pump. May play with the carb a bit, plan on wearing the dyno out with it.
