On the trcuk rear axle you take the cover off and gasket. Then there is a flange or nut and excuse my mouth but steal indents for 4 bumps or tits I call them.I have called the idiots at the Ford Dealer and of course bring it in.Yeah right.KD Tool has them but I don't know which one it is.Gys thanks for replying and helping out.Have a good time at your BBF Bash.
X2 on what Info said, just take off the wheel and back off the brakes and pull off the drum. Only need to pull the hub if you need to replace the seal. Only exception is if by chance this truck has a D60 or D70 rear axle. Highly unlikely but possible.
I haven't been coming on here much anymore as my BBF projects are all "done", but holy cow, is there any moderators left? I'm trying to help out by reporting spammers as I come back, but wow, there's a TON of them, and it seems like some that I report go unnoticed for days or weeks.
