A picture of specifically what you are referring to as well as the vacuum diagram on the hood will be helpful here.
If you google your calibration code found in the drivers door jam you will likely find a vacuum diagram if yours is missing.
The vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator MUST be hooked up.
The vacuum line to the MAP sensor MUST be hooked up.
