what size craburetor do you all think would work best I have a barry grant king Demon rs (need some parts for it )crab size go's from 795 to 1095 I wanted to try to run ethanol ,this motor should make 700/ 750 HP this is a drag car set up hopeful less than 2400 Lb. thanks for help Roger

Without knowing exacts on your engine 1000cfm is likely the minimum you need. So you can surely tune the 1095 to work if that is your cheapest option.
