Yes, they are. They have a different valve pierce point in the piston's top verses the regular OEM production DOVE or DOOE-R heads.

The valve pierce point for the TFS Street, Edelbrock, Blue Thunder, A-429 and etc. are the same as the factory cast iron heads.

Hope this helps,

so will this work for the dove heads...just curious.
No, the valve reliefs in the pistons are not cut for D0VE heads.

Hi! Could this kit be used in a stock Ford 460 Block?
No. An aftermarket block is the best bet for a 4.500 bore.

Wayne,

You need to start bugging Damon to buy this. I think his A460 block will be lonely without it! It's certainly a great price for a balanced assembly....
 I tried already!

Would like too but the pistons won't work with my heads :?

Plus I'll be using my 6.8" rods

However I do agree that It's a good deal for a balanced rotating assembly!
Wayne you may have to break it up in order to sell it. The pistons will work with a 6.7" rod and 4.5" crank to make a 572

Wayne,

Do you have this listed on Racingjunk.com or consider e-bay?
