6.8 rod bolt torque specs

i have a set of 6.8 rods eagle rods eagle arp bolt 8740 material best i can find is tourque to 63#


now on my other engine i have manley rods and they call on the instructions for a 8740 7/16 bolt to torque to 95#
why such a differance in the torque values ? and the arp 2000 ones on the manley rods are even higher too 90-100#

There's a bunch of thing is that effect the torque needed.
The best way is to measure the stretch with the proper gauge for the job.
.007" is good .

This all being said you need to know that if a bolt has been torqued up 4 or worse yet 5 times then it should get replaced to be on the safe side .

i heard the arp fasteners you can reuse them no problems i do not have stretch guage but i mic/d all the rod bolts and they are the same length
ARP hardware requires ARP specific instructions. I suggest you get the answers from them, and choose your torquing method from options they offer.
