Australian built 1985 Bronco, 351C, 350-380hp, daily driving and towing total weight 6 ton approximately every 6-8 weeks.
fairly set on what I need after reading and talking to guys, but unsure on couple things
I plan on fitting wide ratio 6 pinion front gear set, red clutch plates and Kolene steels throughout, Transco 1-2 shift kit, 2.5” wide red band.
what I am unsure of is whether to use a R code servo and E lever. Some say yes, some say it’s too harsh.
anyone have first hand experience here?
Also if deep pan is worth it.
thanks

Plenty good servos that will work for that . a D or L go well a P even better. Combined with that wide band is plenty
I only use the R & E combo in transbrake or race type stuff 500 + HP

It's when going to the F or FF levers that can have too much and risk the case . They are designed for the smaller factory servo's

Deep aluminium pan absolutely yes . They offer good support for the case
