Has anyone ever seen the aluminum Motorsport Cobra Jet intake manifold? It is the dual plane intake that was originally offered with the aluminum Cobra Jet heads. It's part number is M-9424-E429 and it has the same type "Cobra Jet" script cast on the top of it as the cylinder heads.

I too had been told that they didn't exist. The only problem is that I saw one a number of years ago. In other forums, a couple of people said they had one, but the picture that one sent looked suprising like a Weiand Stealth. That picture can be seen on the Cobrajet Parts Page in the Tech section under "rare intake manifold". Do you think that you could send a picture of yours. I belive that a photo could stop our resident experts from laughing.

I was visiting one of my Buddies who is a Cheby Guy over the weekend.I was thumbing through his Summit Catalog and came across the add for Trick Flow Specialties heads and manifolds. They have 429 aluminum heads, manifold. The manifold looks very much like the picture of the one posted over at the fomoco forum.

Take a close look at the undrilled choke heater pad on the passenger side of the intake manifold. The Trickflow and the Motorsport does not have this but the Stealth does.
