on your experience with using BME rods? How much use you have you gotten from a set before replacement was necessary? I read so much conflicting info on aluminum rods in general. Not all aluminum rods are the same. I know BME's are forged, not billet, which is a plus and they are now made of a material with more fatigue life than the previous 7075 matl. Just looking for someone's real life experience with this particiular rod. Thanks.

I've used Super Rods & Brooks with good results. I think next time I'm going to try Childs & Alberts deep cycle rods.

There are many good aluminum rods on the market today. In my personal experience I've used mostly the BME's with great results. I've also used the Manleys again with no problems.

I've got a brand new set of Brooks 6.8's that haven't been run but I think I'm going to have to go to 6.7's to get the compression ratio where I want it...that's why I was curious as to what everyone else was running.
