Just looking at this list, I do not know that I agree with it that much. I'll say it's a general quideline. IMO not all Hemi heads out perform all wedge heads. They are just two different families of heads, and need to be recognized as such. A bunch of those heads are essentially equal to each other, and we could say "tied" for 19th place or whatever. Then in other cases, there's no need to rank some of those heads, where there are only a couple of sets of them ever made. Probally more important than their ranking on the list, is who actually ported & prepped the heads. The quality of the workmanship so to speak.
