You can fit a 275/60r 15 on a stock 15 x 7" rim. It is not ideal but it will fit. 255/60r 15 is a much better fit. I am assuming you mean street tires.

If not street tires then 28 x 10.5. I could help you with some options with Mickey Thompson if you would like.

How are the 28x10.5's on a 7" wheel?

Thanks in advance!!
You really don't want to do that. An 8" wheel should be the minimum. 15x8 with a 5 1/2" backspacing should work fine. I'd use a 15x10 wheel with a 6 1/2" backspacing personally. Less sidewall bulge with the wider wheel. Might need to roll the fender lip just a "smidge" and be sure you check the fore and aft wheelwell clearance on the inside of the tire. It varies from car to car but you might need to clearance that area with a BFH.
