Hi guys, if any one is interested, I have a Blue Thunder dual plane intake for CJ heads with the dominator carb flange for sale, I was lied to on Ebay and told that it fit standard heads. I talked to a BT dealer and Blue Thunder does make a dominator dual plane for the the standard 460 head but they are very rare OBVIOUSLY because I can't find one! First $300 takes it paypal check whatever.

The intake isn't for CJ heads after all, the ports on the Blue Thunder intake are still larger than the stock openings on the heads though so I'll have to raise the roof of each port a hair over 1/8" and widen them just slightly to match them up.
This might be a good thing for airflow, kind of like a venturi on a carburetor.
Now that that's solved my combo looks like this, any ideas on power output?

466 cid
11.6:1 compression
solid lifter cam 248/252 duration @ 0.050
.600 lift on both valves 110 lobe separation
C9VE-A heads ported and polished on the exhaust side
with 2.19/1.75 stainless valves, dual springs
Harland Sharp roller rockers and 3/8" pushrods
Holley 8082 HP Dominator with the BT dual plane intake and a 1" spacer
SuperComp headers 1 7/8" primaries 2 1/2"pipe and Flowmaster mufflers
MSD distributor, coil and 6AL box Motorsport 9mm wires

Sounds like a pretty good combo.

I'd agree, you're probably right at 530-550hp. I would say you definitely need 3" pipes though.

Thanks for the opinions on the exhaust system and somewhere around 550 hp is what I'm hoping I'll get.
Hopefully it will be even stronger in torque.
I'll definetly look into a 3" system. I like the way Flowmaster mufflers sound and they seem to be a decent design are there any other street/strip mufflers on the market that work better? The DynoMax bullet style racing muffflers seem to be popular, any news good or bad on them? Thanks again for the help.
