The formula is ((Bore/2)^2) x Pi x Stroke x 8 or
Bore divided by 2 then squared, take that times Pi (Pi = 3.14159 etc.) times Stroke times the number of cylinders. So 4.300 would look like....

This has probably been asked many times, but what was the reason behind retarding the cam timing 8 degrees on 460's ? Also is a 87 460 a rolled motor (roller lifters and rockers) I have also heard that there are 2 different weights for externally balanced 460's :confused:
I have a 1993 ford Rv the 460 in it was running perfect then it sat in the cold for only 1 month now plug number 3 and 7 are flooding bad I replaced the injectors and the pressure regulator but still way to much fuel just in those 2 cylinders theres no cam or crank sensor so in stumped any help...
