camshaft question

What is the most lift that a box stock 1969 460 can take? The engine I have
is in real nice running condition. I'm looking at a few bolt on's , headers, intake and a bit of work on the heads. Hoping for about 375-400 hp.

Anything over .540" is taking a chance; .535" is the usual ceiling.
