Hey, bulletpruf here - same as old name. How difficult is it to shoehorn a 460 in a Maverick? There are a few Mavericks around here that I keep my eye on, but I don't know what would be involved. Also, how heavy are these cars? They look pretty light.

Maverick!!

Bulletpruf, the stock Maverick shock towers had to go, no way to get headers in there or change plugs.

I installed struts & rack from a Datson 280-Z, and made smaller strut towers to replace the big shock towers. Hopefully with a back-half it will be less than 3000lbs with the 460.

Now the wife wants to sell our house and upgrade so I SURE as hell can't afford a trade now, even if I had the parts :shock:

Phantasea is the name of an offshore racing boat I saw in Florida MANY years ago so can claim it but it does fit my name 8) so I made it my handle :wink:
