!cl pedal actually feels smooth...
movement? theres a little flex in me assm so im adding stiffenener support.
the fork doesnt move far, apx 1/2 in so im making brkt more stiff.

Enough for the clutch to disengage, and then enough for complete engagement, and to pull the throw out at least an 1/8" away from the pressure plate. This clearance is critical to the life of the throw out bearing

Well depending on the bellhousing and fork, it may be different setup to setup. I'd just try to verify that it is sufficient for clutch disengagement, but not over travel, and has enough free play for TOB clearance.

its still not right.
bracket and belcrank are solid, cable has no slack, pedal is hard to push.
fork doesnt move much,.
when it was all out on the floor i could move fork with an extender and feel clutch spring action...???
pedal motion seems to get "soaked up" in the cable ???

fork doesnt move much,.

Would something like this help you out in any way???

mine is blue !! cable is snug, no play...

i have serious trbl in clutch and also tran. cant easily shift just sitting and zero cl disengagement.
hindsight...should have just bought new stuff.

i WILL NOT pull the chunk again.
ive never pulled just tran and bell.;..may have to...really burned out now after making the cable linkage work solid...
dont know whats with the tob/ pressure plate...nap time

question?,
cables come with a brace at midpoint, i ASSumed just to keep away from exhaust. cable flexes under pressure.

does brace stopping flex have effect on cable operation?
im really grasping here, cant get fork movement.

repeat, on the floor, b4 install, i put a pipe on the fork and moved it, felt spring action and i *** umed it was ok...???

If you need to shift your T10 a lot with the engine off, then perhaps. You are creating a custom setup to meet your personal goals on this project. The decisions are yours. Do your thing!
