The CJ heads have bigger ports, but that’s not a problem in terms of running a intake with smaller ports like the Edelbrock, all you need to do is use the CJ intake gasket , also while the performer may have the meat to do so, do not port match it to the CJ heads as all you will be doing is making a big expansion and contraction area which will narrow up on the motors power band.
exh wise the CJ heads have bigger ports also, so headers that fit the non CJ heads will not work unless they are modified.
You also did not state what year these CJ heads are, but pre 72 heads have chambers of 75 CCs or less and the 72 and up heads have 90 Cc chambers which make for quite I different compression ratio.
