If this is for street, I think an 850 would be adequate and much more streetable. However, I don't pretend to know it all. GOOD LUCK!

Hi!
I know that the 1150 seems like too much carb but I have modifed it to only run on the first two barrel until full throttle.
I do believe its the progressive carb cam I used it the set up.

What you might try to locate is the Holley Dom model 80186 (I think is the number). It is a 750 cfm in the 4500 model line.

Sounds like a good setup. I have run the same basic setup. The carb is fine, especially if you like topend. However for all around driveability, a 950 might be better. An 850 is done by 6000 rpm. if your heads are good. You need a least a 2 1/8" header. That particular grind will run hard from 5800-6600
