Rockers that require a shorter pushrod than factory length such as the miller and harland sharp generally ride very low on the stud if the pedestals are not trimmed. Sometimes you can not get correct geometry because the rocker can not go low enough on the stud...
True BBF rockers from Comp, FRPP, crane gold, TFS, Crower work quite nicely with the 1.75" studs and uncut pedestals.
Cleveland guideplates WILL NOT work on a BBF.
When the pedestals are cut to proper spec you generally need a true bbf rocker stud with a 1.900" top length not the 1.75" bbc length...
