So I was driving home from work and my engine cut out on me. It started bucking and the tacho was flying everywhere then it died. Seemed like it wasn't getting enough fuel. Checked all the fuel pumps and relays and pressure and it all seems fine. Today I decided to tackle spark. I tested the coil and on primary I'm getting 0.4ohms, and secondary I'm getting 8860 ohms. Is this within spec? I changed my dizzy, plugs, and wires a while ago because I was getting the same bucking and dieing occasionally but I could usually turn it back on instantly. Maybe the new parts were overloading the 31 year old coil? Part # is in the title. Thanks!
