Hello all, first time post here.
I just purchased a mild big torque rebuilt 460 for a steal. It was in a F100 and had a chance to go on a ride along before it was pulled.
Looking to install this in my 1970 mustang and after doing most of my homework and searching, I can not find a set of headers that will work with this swap. Have emailed most of the 429-460 header swap companies and most are for the non efi heads.

Anyone have any suggestions or am I stuck doing the fabrication on these?

Check with Mad Dog headers. They will build a set for you if they don't have some in stock.
They are are very reasonable price wise and build a nice header.
They have a web site.

Yeah
You have to call and talk to the lady. She will call you back.
If they have made some in the past they will send you some links to the picture and a price.

L&L and mad dog can probably sell you EFI flanges if you can't get a complete header. cut-n-weld...

The mustang's shock towers and an EFI exhaust port that is raised .800" are not going to play well together.

You would be time and $$$ ahead to sell the EFI goodies and put on a carb intake and heads.

The EFI engine will not accommodate a carb intake. It requires an adapter to run a carb.
