je has a dummy mold that i sent them a few years ago, and so does DI

Check w/Lem,Charlie, or Jet Boat Bob. The Ky Krew. They do alot of these for Pullers

The EX514 head has much more of a figure 8 shaped chamber and the walls are fairly steep.

Likewise I did molds of all the A-460 style heads; the EX 514 chambers, the Ford Motorsports chambers, the IDT chambers, and the TFS A-460 chambers, both the 10 bolt 93 cc chamber and the 18 bolt 83 cc chamber. I sent a set of those molds to whatshisname at JE and a set to Eric S. at Diamond. I don't think either one of them paid enough attention to them, because I still see pistons that don't fit. Furthermore Eric is no longer at Diamond. Therefore I'd be safe and pour another mold of your EX 514 head and send it to your piston guy. Make sure the bottom of the "puck" is flat and has an accurate x-axis line scribed across it.
