FIRST stroker build-torque converter

First time to leave a post. I don't know which torque conv. to install, any input welcome. I got an Eliminator block, 572 cu, with 700 lift solid roller, card says it comes in at 3500, forged internals with flattops apprx 10.5:1
The top end is where the ques lies: Huge, heavily machined Eliminator heads are on the block now, the builder says I should go with an extra set of worked over dove heads instead for more streetability, as there might be signal problems at low rpm "city" driving with the Eliminator heads.(budget and sched keep me from track) I've got a torker intake, or should I just get a Victor to work with the cam? Got a victor knock-off with the eliminator heads(tall) so it won't work with the dove heads. So I guess I have several ques: which heads do I go with? Which intake should I go with? which torque conv should I go with to work with a c-6, 3.50 OR 3.70 (have both) 3400lb car in a perfect world will have the factory air operational when complete? sorry for the run-on. Any input appreciated.
