Thanks, but my car is 28 spline and all I need for it is a 2.75 open. If the 3.00 doesn't sell, I might just end up using it instead.

I think just about all passenger cars were 28 spline. The 3.25 gearset came out of my 73 Montego GT, and the 3.00's out of a 70's Ranchero. Either will work with a 72 Torino if it has the factory rear end.

Both chunks are in factory stock used condition with 70-90K miles. 3:00's were pulled from a Ranchero that was never raced. As mentioned above, the 3.25's came from my Montego GT and saw less than twenty 1/4 mile runs.
