I would say send them out to be fixed by a good head shop and then you can ask full price for them. Then again what is full price for a set of worked over A-460 heads.

Lets see I bought mine new for 2250.00 from Lem then sent them to Uncle Charlie to rub on them some, Put bigger Ti valves in the intakes and did a 5 angle valve job on them. cost shipped to my door $8300.00.
I then ran them for two years an dropped a intake valve, set heads back to Uncle Charlie to fix,Welded the banged up camber, New valve, Box of springs and a new guide. $1800.00 shipped back to my door. Then ran them for another year and dropped yet another intake valve,
Set them back to Charlie once again to Weld up and fix the chamber replace all the valves with Ti Valves install all new guides replace busted seat. $3200.00 Shipped back to my door. Look like brand new heads.

Now IF I was to sell these heads what would be a fair asking price?

Really is hard to put a price on something like this. You and buyer need to get together and find a price you are both happy with.

I'll give ya 100.00 more than what you two agree on...
