I have this cast intake. It came on my boat motor and I replaced it with a performer to shave a little weight. I thought these intakes had no value and was going to throw it away but after some research I see some people want them. so anybody want it???

Oh and as far as i know it's in good shape. No stripped threads or cracks, it worked finr when I took It off. If interested shoot me an offer. It's just sitting on my shelf waiting for someone who will use it....I have a cast marine intake for a 351w as well if someone needs one.

I got $100 for the last one that I had, and it had a late 70's casting date like yours most likely does. If it's dated anytime after summer '71 it's not a candidate for a numbers matching car. They're were a lot of the put on boats and industrial engines.
Good luck.

I am just getting into running the rivers. Last year I pretty much stayed in the lakes around here and oregon. I do play on the southfork of the boise alot though. In fact that's why I have a new pump, those pesky rocks just under the surface sneek up on you..:):)

I've been looking for some SCJ type stuff for a 460 build that I'm working on. I have a C9VE block with C8VE heads. I intend to only build this thing once, so I need to get it right the first time - this engine stuff can be very, very expensive...

Anyways, I'm torn between using new and improved stuff vs. using the old iron stuff. I've given thought to getting a SCJ intake with SCJ heads, but some of the stuff out there you just don't know what someone else has done to it. The one thing I'd really like to find is a ported matched combination.

BTW, I live in Boise too.
