About 5 year's ago I had a sump welded in my gas tank on my 78 bronco. Now that sealer has started to Peel off and it is clogging my inlet line to my fuel pump which in turn in not letting me pull past about 4000rpm. I can cruise around but once I put my foot in it my fuel pressure goes from 5 psi to 0 and it will starve and go no more. So what's the Best way to get this sealer out of the tank and reseal it with something better? I used POR-15 tank sealer.

Yeah but I was planning on keeping my current tank. Was thinking about pressure washing the inside to see if I couldn't get it off the tank that way.

Years ago there used to be a product called "Cream" that I used in motorcycle tanks that worked well but I haven't seen it on the market for quite a few years now. You might try googling it.
