Maybe a stupid question, but....
Are these steel or aluminum?
Complete? so, including rockers etc.?
What's the weight of the heads?
What's the CC's of the chambers?

Thnx.

These castings are the truck only fuel injection castings. They are iron, have a 96 cc chamber volume and require unique intake and exhaust manifolding. They are complete less roller rocker arms.

Ok.
I have the D3TE casting's now..
They are complete reworked (valvejob, springs, etc.)
Do i gain much? (enough to justify the amount for the 7's, and throw my 3's in a corner..)?
Engine is completely redone, and has KB/Silvolite KB137's in them. I thought CR would be around 9.0:1 (i hoped for more, as i intend to ride on LPG..)

Then again, as they need to be shipped, what's the weight of the heads?

thanks.

Just for clarifications sake. You currently have an EFI type engine converted to propane? F3TE fuelie castings???

The castings weigh about 70 pounds each.

Yes, i have a fully rebuilt '92 EFI truck engine, which i want to install in my '79 Towncar. It has everything new/remanufactured, and a RV cam in it which is acceptable by the speed-density system.
My Lincoln Towncar run's on LPG with an impco 425, and i want to take the elbow off, and put the 425 with a throttleplate and a EFI adapter on the engine.
When eveything brings a big smile on my face, i will try to go the Megasquirt route and connect the injector's, sensor's, and a MAF conversion-kit.
When THAT all works, it's a fair easy step to LPG injection :)

I know, idea's, plan's, etc. :D :D

Weight of the heads: 70 pounds?

Is that int'l shippable???? :?
