I have recently blown a head gasket in my 460 ford. It has D3VE heads on a dive block with Speed pro domed pistons around 10.3 com. It is .30 over bringing it to a 4.39" bore. I have a set of head gaskets made for a 4.67" bore around and am trying to get it back together quickly. Could I use these larger bore gaskets with any kind of reliabilty? I know I will lose a little compression but will this work? My first post on this site but a long time lurker. Thanks in advance for any insight.

It is a Ford Racing M-6051-B460. It says felpro right on the gasket though. How much compression do you think i'll lose?

Compression loss from a standard 4.52 bore gasket to a 4.67 gasket will be approx .08 points.
