A friend picked up a couple of the big filler bottles of nitrous oxide so he can fill his own nitrous bottles and said they were medical grade, but I'm not so sure. When it comes to the big filler bottles, what is/are the differences between a medical grade & an industrial grade big filler bottle? How can you tell the difference between the two (color, valve type, stickers, etc, etc)?

I know the nitrous+plus bottles have a sticker identifying it an the sulfur it contains, but I'm not sure about the medical or industrial stuff.

Only difference is the sulfar that is added, I used to work at a hospital recieving dept and the bottles that we got for medical use had obviously been used for industial too. Nitrous bottles are blue no matter what the use, the sticker is put on if it's got the sulfur added, and that bottle won't ever be used as a medical grade after that point.

Thanks.

The bottles are green and blue with stickers that say "nitrous oxide USP" on them.
