Good quality double roller and an IWIS chain...
Gear drive setups are not a good idea if you ask me. Transmit harmonics to the valve train that chains would absorb... If for some reason you decide to go with a gear drive setup, stay away from the dog bone style.
They are good for quick cam swaps at the track, but thats about it. Probably not for you.
