Installed Dove-c heads

Hi just installed dove-c heads on my 72 429 old heads were d2ve . Pistons circular dish with valve reliefs, Wondering what compression ratio would be and how advanced should i run this engine i was told from ford racing initial 20-25

If it's a stock 72 bottom end the CR will be somewhere in the 9.2(-ish) range and you should be running 10-12 initial and 32-34 total. Chances are you're going to have preignition problems unless you run premium or dial the timing back a little.

Ya im running premium with a little c12 seems to run ok just gotta get the timing right .

Regular driving with pump premium gasoline you'll want about 8 degrees, (that'll be 16 degrees from the total when shown on the crank dampner), in the distributor and probably around 34 - 36 total mechanical timing.
