Intake Bolt Question

I just put a TFS track heat intake on and since then the motor has been making a strange clanking sound every so often. Is it possible the intake bolts are to long and hitting something?

No,If they were too long you would probably have a vacumn leak,because some of the bolts were bottoming out. Clanking sound is something else imo.:)
