My future Son-in-law has a 91 mustang with a 302 with a set of Trick flow twisted wedge heads he had some head work done and we have a problem with the head not sealing (only on Pass side),we have water coming out along the bottom of the head it seeps out. We pulled the head I took it to work and checked it for warping and it was ok.So we put in another head gasket bolted it back on it seeps I have never seen this before. The car sat for 7 weeks in a cold garage with no heads on it but anti freeze in block could the block have warped? So now hes gonna pull the head and I will have to check the block for warpage. Everything was fine before he took the heads off. They are the same gaskets we have used before Felpro. He also has studs for the heads. He torqued them in progressive steps? Hes done this before with no problem. Also we pressurized the cooling system with 35 pds of air will this hurt? I shot it in thru the overflow hose. Need some help guys. Thanks Tore

Are you going thru the re-torque procedure?? A lot of gaskets tell you that re-torquing is not necessary, but I do it anyway just to be sure.
Try putting a thin coat of "Gaskecinch" around all the water holes on both sides of the gasket, put the head on and start torquing!

Does this stuff work for this application or is there something else out there to try also?
you can pick this stuff up at Napa aswell!

make sure you double check the block surface and the heads surface...

I have found with MLS type gaskets, that the finish on the heads and block are very important to seal everything up! Ive been usine a square piece of thick glass (about 5" x 5") and High grit emory clotlh(like 1600) and some water, to put a very nice finish on both the head and block!!

hope this helps
