I don't know if he has a "kit" but he might send you metering blocks and air bleeds but if there are any body mods needed (there probably is for power valve feed) it would be best to send the carb to him.

I don't use E85 but he helped me out on my gas dominator and several friends of mine use his E carbs,he's awesome with support and is a honest guy. He's in Michigan so not a world away from you.

I had Eric at Horsepower Innovations build my carburetor, turned out great. We had a 750 max carb rule so I sent him a 750 dominator, flowed a lot more when he was done

I know I'm a little late for this post, but I've done a lot of reaserch on the carburetor forums relating to conversion "kits". There's a lot more negative than positive on kits. If you really have a handle on carb builds, you could get E85 specific blocks and build your own kit. I thought about it, but didn't understand how to configure the emulsion bleeds, tranfer slot bleeds...ect. There's a lot more to it than metering blocks and jets.
I too contacted Eric at Horsepower Innovations and had a new carb built. He knew it was going on a street car, so it was actually calibrated on a street car. The carb was spot on, just needed a slight mixture adjustment.
