HI,
Well as far as the crank the key way should be on top for TDC. and I imagine the cam mark is the Dot at like 10 o'clock on the inner ring with the 2 smaller holes and a center hole.
With the crank key way on top the cam dot well ether be at 12 or 6 o'clock. if its a 12 rotate the crank again and it should be at 6 o'clock.
That's kind of a cool gear drive... I like it..
