So here is how things are looking right now...

After stripping out a head bolt hole, decided to use the other block...

So the engine parts list as it stands....

Factory crank

Crane Cam #354551 226/230 duration at .050 lift, 522/530 lift

Factory rods

Pistons, KB 206 huperwhaterver with 15cc D-dish

D3VE heads, milled .020

Valve springs
Crane dual springs, spring rate 382 lbs./in.

Crane hydraulic flat tappet lifters

Double roller timing set

Edelbrock performer intake

Holly 750 cfm carb

Duraspark distributor.

Desktop dyno predicts 650 hp @ 7000 rpm, and 557 ft. lbs of torque at 4000 rpm.

I would guess more in the 450-475 HP range with those heads and cam... JMO...

Pretty close to what I have. I have that cam, C8 heads, TRW dished pistons, Stealth/750DP, glide, 4.11 gears, 28x10.5" car is around 3300# with me.
Goes 7.20's (1/8 mile) @92.00 Still kind of fresh and shifting it at 5500, probably doesn't make anything above anyway. Not sure how much power it has.
