Greetings all, I am new to the forum. I am currently building my first Ford. Ive done Chevys, hot rods and lots of Mopars. I will be asking alot of questions when I get to the engine on my falcon. It will be a 557 with a TKO 5spd. In the mean time I will be finishing the body. So far I got the chassis, cage, front and rear suspension almost complete. Once I finish hanging the front end it will get paint (semi-gloss black). The Mopar in the picture is the future financing to finish the falcon.

Man dig those plumbers world headers!

Bet you had to install them with a Langstrom 7" gangly wrench!

All kidding aside, looks like a cool retro gasser!
i model the headers in the computer. then before i cough up the money for the tubes (these will be stainless) i make them from pvc to make sure i havent messed up.
Now THAT would be a sweet daily driver :D lol
I added the front bumper and spoiler this last week along with the moon tank (actually a kinsler).

If anyone is interested the Superbee that's in the picture goes on sale on eBay starting Friday. Might be able to get the drive-in for the falcon this summer after all.

Ive started the body work. Man I hate body work. Its one of those things that if you dont have the knack for it takes forever. should have the first shot of primer by next week. New pictures when its all one color (without the rust).
paint has begun...

Is the front axle home-made? If not, what was the donor vehicle? Have a '63 Fairlane and I'm looking to set it up like that.
the entire front end is Speedway including disc brakes. I chose to go with the coil overs instead of leafs so i made brackets for the shocks and attached them to the axle.
well its primed, painted (primer grey) and fog coated and a clear coat applied. I want a permanent "project" look to it. I only fixed a few of the dents. i will get to the bumpers maybe this weekend.
