6.700" aluminum rods

I am interested in the rods. Tell me more about these rods. What stroke and compression height piston were they used with? Were there in a block with the same deck height as a iron 406 Ford block? Have they been measured? Are they stretched? If I buy them and mic them and find that they are stretched (yielded) Can I return them and get my money back? Who manufactured these rods?
